The beginning of June is always joyful and pleasant at Axioma Metering because it is June 5th when the company celebrates its birthday. This year, not only was the 6th birthday celebrated, to which all employees were invited. Managing Director CEO Ignas Vosylius and Head of Human Resources Division Živilė Vikertienė took a chance to congratulate long-term employees. The Director thanked the employees working for Axioma Metering for more than 10, 15 or 20 years.
Though „Axioma Metering“ celebrates its 6th birthday, at the same time, behind, there is a much longer journey for this company with many, from the number of employees or workplace to the transformation of the company“Axioma Metering“ is today. And on this path that has been going on for more than 30 years, a large group of colleagues is walking together with the organization since there was almost 10 per cent of company employees among awardees.
The colleagues who received the awards wished other colleagues to get the time to celebrate such recognition in a few years—also, mentioning the fact that while working at Axioma Metering, they always felt and still feel the support of the team and managers and always know that they have the freedom to grow and improve constantly. At the same time, the long-term employees also thanked the friendly team, encouraging everyone that the challenges we face can become an opportunity for us all to learn and become better specialists and stronger teams.
