More efficient management of water resources

Axioma Metering's hard work and long history in developing smart meters have been noticed, evaluated and approved by EU institutions, thus confirming that the accumulated experience and knowledge in improving water-saving solutions is essential for every European resident.

The project aims to transform water management by creating an advanced system integrating smart metering devices with a reliable real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and management platform. This innovative solution will make water management more efficient and sustainable.

With the project name "Development of IoT-based water metering devices and their monitoring, diagnostic and management platform" (project no.: 02-020-K-0037), the total value of the project is 3,610,204 euros, of which 2,000,000 euros are from the European Union and the Ministry of Economy and Innovation are jointly financed. The project started in 2024. in August and is scheduled to be completed by 2026 in August. The project is carried out in cooperation with Corner Case Technologies.

Use of renewable energy resources

With a clear mission to change the habits of millions of consumers worldwide and thereby contribute to water conservation for future generations, Axioma Metering is taking a step further in saving the planet's resources by installing solar power plants on the roofs of its buildings.

The company prepared the project Use of renewable energy resources, which has a total value of EUR 260,350. The European Union partially financed this project through the European Regional Development Fund, covering EUR 120,090.60. The project started on July 26, 2023, and is expected to be fully completed by July 31, 2025.

The project will contribute to increasing the share of renewable energy sources in the final energy consumption while at the same time encouraging the greater use of renewable energy resources in the industrial sector. In this way, Lithuania's impact on climate change will be mitigated, the problem of air pollution and efficient use of resources will be solved, and dependence on energy imports will be reduced. During the project, a 306 KW solar power plant will be installed, allowing the company to use the produced electricity for its own internal needs and reduce the electricity consumption from the grid. It is planned to produce about 273.9 MWh of electricity per year.
