On April 13, “Axioma Metering” invited Lithuanian utilities to a Summit at its plant in the Kaunas Free Economic Zone (LEZ). It is the first Utilities Summit organized in Lithuania, which created the opportunity not only to get to know each other better but also to share the biggest challenges we face daily.
During the event, guests visited the “Axioma Metering “plant, where they could see for themselves all the stages of the production of ultrasonic smart meters, each of which - from start to finish - is carried out in the “Axioma Metering “plant.
There were also discussions and presentations about smart meters and their advantages compared to mechanical meters, about today’s freshwater situation in the world and Lithuania, what actions and regulations are planned to be taken regarding non-revenue and wasted water and how everyone can have an impact on saving the limited water resource. Representatives of “Vilniaus vandenys” presented their case, solutions, and why they chose to install “Axioma Metering “smart meters, and “Mainlink “company representatives also talked about smart cities.
“Axioma Metering “warmly welcomed this meeting under its roof, hoping that it would become a beautiful tradition.
