At the beginning of October, guests - members of the HR club - visited the Axioma Metering factory. During the visit, the guests got acquainted with the company's advanced technologies and products, which ensure efficient water and energy resources management. The HR club, which unites personnel management specialists, was particularly interested in the company's employee training programs and modern working conditions that promote innovation and efficiency.
HR club members had the opportunity not only to inspect the production premises but also to hear the presentation of the company's internal culture, values, and implementation by HR and organizational development manager Živilė Vikertienė and discuss it. Modern trends, challenges and opportunities in personnel management were discussed during the meeting. We did not forget to share our experience with guests in creating an inclusive work environment, developing leaders, and attracting talents contributing to the company's international development.
