KĘSTUTIS KILINSKAS' LECTURE AT AXIOMA METERING: LESSONS IN LEADERSHIP AND TEAMWORK

On January 21, Kęstutis Kilinskas, a military historian, VU PhD, and former special missions participant, gave an inspiring session on managing stress, building trust in teams, and making decisions in uncertain environments—topics that resonate deeply in today’s fast-changing world. He shared his unique experience of strengthening yourself under challenging conditions and becoming an even better leader and team member.

During the meeting, we discussed how to make decisions when there is a lack of information or rapidly changing circumstances, how to build and maintain trust in a team, how to manage stress and information overload, how to act successfully under time pressure, and how to emerge from all these situations as a stronger team.

We thank the guest for his inspiring presentation, which will undoubtedly strengthen our employees’ professionalism and personalities.
