The Qalcosonic W1 smart ultrasonic water meter, with the new DN50 range, is designed to accurately measure hot and cold water consumption in households, apartment buildings and small commercial premises. This meter can measure water flow even when the temperature reaches 90 degrees Celsius (T90).
Like other Qalcosonic W1 meters, the DN50 smart meter has a body part made of durable, lightweight, high-strength composite material. This material greatly improves cost efficiency for the customer and contributes to lower product weight. This makes it possible to become a greener organization, as the reduction in weight not only saves the customer money by reducing shipping costs but also reduces CO2 emissions. This enables the organization to offer a truly competitive price to the market.
Integrated communication and long-lasting battery
This smart meter has built-in communications, and the customer can choose between LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, or wM-Bus Wmbus networks and adapt this device to their country's needs, trends, and capabilities. Despite the frequent data transfer, it's remarkably energy efficient and has a lifespan of up to 16 years.
