A recent LINPRA training session for members of the manufacturing community, including representatives from Axioma Metering, was held at the Axioma Metering plant. The session discussed the best project and process management practices that can help achieve greater efficiency and smoothness. The training covered strategies for:
• Effective resource allocation and task prioritization;
• Identification and management of key project milestones;
• Using high-quality data analytics to inform decision-making;
• A dynamic approach to goals to ensure projects are continued and improved.
Special thanks to Holger Lörz for his inspiring presentation on the role of artificial intelligence in project management. His insights on integrating tasks, resources, and projects into a coherent system were invaluable and, hopefully, applied in everyday work.
