As the first half of 2024 passed, Axioma Metering employees traditionally gathered for the half-year results presentation event, during which they had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the achieved results, celebrate the implemented plans and learn about the goals and operational guidelines for the coming half-year.
Colleagues had the opportunity to learn from the company CEO, Ignas Vosylius, not only the general picture of how the company was doing in the first half of the year but also about how it was working in the usual markets, about planned actions and new markets. Together, the employees got to know the company's financial situation and to see how the plan was implemented from the beginning of the year. No less attention was paid to the HR topics and how and how the company lives, as seen through the prism of human resources. Živilė Vikertienė, Head of HR and organizational development, presented these topics.
The second part of the event talked about the company's internal culture, its importance, benefits for all employees and what could be done to make this internal culture flourish. Sales manager Gediminas Koryzna, HR project manager Laura Balčiūnė and product quality engineer Agnietė Perminė shared their thoughts and views in the discussion. This discussion was replaced by a second discussion with company CEO Ignas Vosylius, plant manager Marius Balčiūnas and Head of Product Management Division Jevgenij Kiseliov, discussing not only the results of the last half-year but also how the team can together notice all achievements, successes, and learn from failures.
At the end of this year, all employees will gather for an annual event.
