Participation in Kauno Kolegija Career Day, where HR Project Manager Laura Balčiūnė and HR Specialist Karolina Švedaitė met with students, became a valuable experience for both: young future professionals, as it allows future specialists to get acquainted with our innovations and modern processes, but this cooperation is also beneficial for the organisation because we discover tomorrow’s professionals.
